Grief Processing

Grief is not something to fix or rush through.

Clients may be navigating the loss of a loved one, a relationship, health, identity, or a chapter of life that has ended. Coaching provides a steady, grounded space to acknowledge what has been lost and understand how grief is showing up day-to-day.

This work honors the nonlinear nature of grief while gently supporting movement forward when you’re ready.

Health & Wellness

Living with health challenges, whether acute, chronic, or stress-related, can quietly shape every aspect of life.

Coaching in this area focuses on energy management, lifestyle alignment, stress reduction, and rebuilding trust with your body. The aim is not perfection, but sustainability, self-awareness, and compassion.
